The Pink Candle

Care that honors your family, your instincts, and your baby.

You are already the right parent for your baby. My job is to walk beside you — with warmth, real training, and zero judgment — while you figure out what works for your family.

What you deserve

What a doula and sleep coach should offer.

From a doula

  • A calm, steady presence when things feel big or uncertain.
  • Evidence-informed guidance shared with kindness, not pressure.
  • Practical help you can actually use — during labor, birth, and the early days at home.
  • Someone who listens without judgment and respects your choices, your body, and your family.
  • Emotional safety: a space where you can ask the “silly” questions and say how you really feel.

From a sleep coach

  • A plan built around your baby’s temperament and your family values.
  • A gentle, responsive approach — no cry-it-out, no rigid schedules, no leaving your baby alone.
  • Clear steps that feel doable, not overwhelming.
  • Space to ask questions and adjust as your baby grows and changes.
  • Confidence that sleep can improve without sacrificing connection.

How I work

What guides my care.

01

Warmth first

I meet you where you are — tired, hopeful, overwhelmed, excited, or all of the above. There is no judgment here. When you feel safe, you can ask honest questions and make confident choices.

02

Evidence-informed

I bring current research, practical experience, and professional training to every conversation. But information only matters when it is shared with kindness and shaped to fit your values and your unique child.

03

Family-centered

There is no one right way to parent or to sleep. My job is to help you find your way — one that honors your instincts, your circumstances, and the goals that matter most to you.

Why training matters

Heart is essential — and so is competence.

I love what I do, but I don’t rely on instinct alone. I trained so I can meet you with both genuine care and real, up-to-date knowledge. That means you can trust me not just to be nice, but to be helpful, accurate, and accountable.

Doula training

Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula through the Doula Educational Institute (DEI), trained in evidence-based birth and postpartum support.

Sleep coaching

Certified Gentle Sleep Coach® through The Sleep Lady® program, plus specialized training in Baby-Led Sleep Shaping and Coaching℠ for 0–5 month olds.

Montessori roots

Montessori-trained educator, which taught me to observe before intervening and respect the child as a whole person.

Ongoing education

I keep learning because birth, babies, and sleep research keep evolving. You deserve support that is current and grounded.

Love, in Thai

Where I come from

Rooted in Thai village-care and Montessori respect.

Growing up in Thailand, I learned that caring for a child is rarely a solo act. It is shared among family, neighbors, and community — a kind of village-care that makes the early days feel less lonely. That instinct travels with me: no parent should have to figure everything out alone.

My Montessori training deepened this belief. I learned to observe before intervening, to respect the child as a whole person, and to trust the process of development. Whether I am supporting a birth, answering postpartum questions, or guiding sleep, I look for the rhythm underneath the struggle — and build support around it.

From birth to sleep

Support that grows with your family.

Before Birth

During pregnancy, I help you explore your options, prepare flexible birth preferences, and build confidence for labor. You deserve to feel informed and supported as you step into this new chapter.

The Early Days

After birth, I offer hands-on, heart-centered postpartum support — newborn care, feeding guidance, emotional support, and space for you to rest and recover. These weeks are tender, and you do not have to navigate them alone.

Finding Rhythm

When sleep becomes the question, I guide families with gentle, responsive sleep coaching. No cry-it-out. No rigid rules. Just a plan that fits your child, your values, and your real life.

You don’t have to do this alone.

If this resonates with you, I would love to hear your story. Let’s start with a free 30-minute consultation and explore how I can support your family.
